Wow what a great time to be in The Lone Star State. Arrived on Weds the 19th for a TV show taping on the 18th. Met DC and got invited to perform on his show Barside Jive live at Outlaw Cider in Grapevine Texas . Photo below by Winter Peguero

WE hung out in Grapevine the rest of the day, even grabbed a bowl of red at Tolberts and some great music there.
Then it was off to Austin and on the ride down we could not resist the huge rest stop at Slovacek's where you can get great food, a huge dog park for fido and a pastry I never seen before called a kolache and there are 35 different ones.
We get into Austin area around 3 , check into Hotel and then off to the historic Carousel Lounge. Where the place is a tribute to circus and circus times.
After a fun 5 PM set we headed over to Kick Butt Coffee for a jolt of java then over to Anderson Mill Pub for a fun late evening .Our Friends 37 Circles opened up the night of music and led by guitarist/vocalist James Shafer.A rowsing set that got calls foe encore! A cool version of Sam Hall.
What a fun place, free pool tables, darts, and other games, outdoor patio for smokers, and a great crowd. We love it, I think this was our 3rd time playing here. After our set 37Circles came back up to finish the night.
After a early lunch at Luby's in Round Rock it was back north to Lewisville to do our Christmas Set at T's
We met a lot of fun folks there inclding Singer Songwriter Sable Breeze
Got home for a great Christmas.
