So most of the band drove up from Louisville into the lot of the hotel in West Allis and there were 2 police cars assisting guests .. ahem. So we all got a few hours to relax before heading to the venue. About 10 minutes after we got to our room the police left the area right outside. Eventually got me some perch and went to DA BAR.
The club is nice with classic bar out front and rear or side is a beautiful stage and ample area that comfortably held the 200+ capacity crowd. HUSHER was up first providing lots of Slim Jims that folks didn't grab so I did. Got me over 50 of em. Oh yeah back to the music. Husher rocked the packed house and here are some video links
Up next are Milwaukee legends BLACK BELT THEATRE who had the crowd enjoying every minute of a tremendous performance showcasing songs off the new CD "Power Petting" as well as favorites off earlier albums.

So after a really great night we head back to the hotel and now there are 3 police cars we pass to park near our rooms and in 30 minutes I took JoeJoe Hogg to the airport and when I returned to hotel there were no police crs but it was 230 AM. We all wake up to screaming out in the parking lot and CJ5 said it was a woman yelling at 3 police cars "I will kill you motherfuckers " and I guess it is just another fun day at that hotel. We got on our way but we know where to stay next time. Cheap, clean but old rooms, no frills like a coffee maker however you do get live entertainment plus cable TV.
